Custom Lithophane Photos

We can make ANY photo into a custom lithophane photo! This is a 3D printed piece of plastic, that looks like a blobby mess. But when light shines through the back, a photo appears! We can make various shapes (arc shown), sizes and styles, including color! I can make night light covers, lamp shades, free-standing photos, and more!

*Lamp shades are tricky. You MUST provide the dimensions of the shade you want, as well as the diameter of the light bulb socket. This slides around the outer part of the socket to create a shade. These take much longer to produce, and will incur increased cost.

** This vase is custom-sizable up to 10", however, it is NOT recommended to place anything wet into. Use these for decorative lights by putting a bright battery powered LED Puck light into the bottom (cheap on amazon), or for fake plants. Default size will match your photo. Please message us directly for size/price on anything custom sized.

*** Sphere lithophanes are meant to be set on top of a puck light. Please plan ahead and order a light, and provide us with the dimensions so we can ensure it fits properly. Puck lights will be offered separately soon.

**** Circle and other odd-shaped lithophanes are difficult to mount into a stand. I recommend using these as a keychain, along with items like the heart, hexagon, or star. I can place the hanger hole anywhere, so please mention where you would like it placed upon ordering. These images will be scaled down to fit if keychain is chosen, and some fine detail may be lost.

A note on night lights:

Currently, we do not offer the light along with the design. You must find a night light that will fit your print. This will change soon.

A note on color:

Color can only be applied to plane shapes, arc and cylinder shape.

A spherical lithophane distorts the image and thus it’s not possible to map a flat sheet of paper on a sphere lithophane.

You will need to send us your photo via email to allow us to convert it into a lithophane. Please understand that odd shapes such as the bell will distort portions of the original image. ALL images will be deleted upon project completion.
